Voucher shipping
Once completed the purchase, the customer will receive by email the voucher in pdf format. It will be possible to print it or to forward it to the beneficiary. In addition the customer may ask by phone or by e-mail to send the voucher to an alternative address in paper format or by the mail service. RSE Italy, however, does not assume responsibility for the delay on deliveries by mail.

Coffee Bar
Free access to a luncheon organized by RSE Italy will be allowed for the duration of the experience on the track. It is key to living your day at the racetrack with all the amenities. Sweet and savory snacks, drinks and juices, fruits and more will be offered to the participant and also, if purchased the "share with your friends the experience" package, to the companions (max. 2 people).

Extension of the voucher
The customer with a simple request email to be forwarded before the expiry of the voucher (which lasts 2 years), may extend it, for a single time, for a further 12 months so as to be able to choose the date and the track in comfort.

The customer will be able to cancel your scheduled appointment ONCE up to 48 hours in advance without additional costs.

Camera Car
A special camera mounted inside the car will record the whole driving experience of the pilot. A special memory for a dream day. The video will be immediately given after the experience of driving on the track and through electronic media (micro USB sim). If, for technical reasons the instant delivery of the video is not possible, it will be delivered by e-mail via links within two weeks (approximately) from the date of recording or by mail service in electronic form (eg. DVDs). In the event that the camera car service is not available or does not work, the customer will be entitled of the refund of the amount of money prior paid for the purchase of the video.

Share the experience with your friends
The beneficiary will be able to bring anyone they wish with them to the visit to the showroom, at the price of 25 euros each, with the clarification that - obviously - no one else other than the beneficiary of the experience will be allowed to enter the supercars with only 2 seats . For a fee, however, you will be able to follow the beneficiary on board the Range Rover Sport Superlusso (max 3 companions on board the SUV and upon payment of the service).
